HOTEL RULES & HOUSE POLICY
Welcome to Trabukos Beach Complex. To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable, safe and respectful stay, all visitors are required to follow the rules below.
Check In & Check Out
• Check in starts: 15:00
• Check out by: 11:00
• Early check in or late check out may be available on request (subject to availability and additional charges).
• Guest rooms will be prepared for check in after the start time and must be vacated by the designated check out time to ensure housekeeping and safety standards.
Guests & Visitors
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms.
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.
• Management reserves the right to refuse access or request visitors to leave if they are not registered guests.
• Guest counts must never exceed the number of people listed on the reservation.
Noise, Conduct & Respect
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests and neighbouring properties.
• Quiet hours are typically observed midday and in the late evening; please be considerate of others.
• Excessive noise, aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the property without refund.
• Parties or large gatherings in rooms are not permitted unless organised and authorised in advance.
Swimming Pool & Sunlounger Use
• The swimming pool and sunloungers are available free of charge for registered guests.
• Running, diving, ball games and other risky behaviour around the pool area are not permitted.
• Guests are asked to keep pool areas tidy and respect the comfort of others.
Air Conditioning & Electricity Use
• Air conditioning is available for an additional daily charge as stated at booking or check in.
• For comfort and environmental reasons, guests are asked to turn off A/C and other electrical appliances when not in the room.
Wi Fi & Connectivity
• Free Wi Fi is provided throughout the property.
• Signal strength may vary by location; usage is at the guest’s own risk.
Breakfast & Dining
• Daily breakfast is available for an extra daily charge.
• Breakfast times and options may vary by season.
• Please consume food only in the designated dining areas.
Parking
• Limited on site parking is available for guests.
• Street parking is also available nearby.
• Parking is subject to availability and at the guest’s own risk.
• Trabukos Beach Complex does not assume liability for vehicles or personal items left in parked vehicles.
Smoking & Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside guest rooms or enclosed public areas.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor spaces.
• Guests who smoke in non designated areas may be charged a cleaning fee.
Pets & Animals
• Pets are not permitted on the property unless previously agreed in writing and subject to charges.
• Service animals assisting people with disabilities will be considered with advance notice and appropriate documentation.
Damages & Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by negligence, misuse or violation of house rules.
• Repair or replacement costs for damaged property or equipment will be charged accordingly.
• Guests are asked to notify reception immediately of any accidental damage.
Safety & Security
• Always lock your room door and use the provided security features when leaving.
• Do not leave valuables unattended or in plain sight.
• Trabukos Beach Complex is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Guests must follow safety instructions from staff and posted signage.
Prohibited Activities & Items
The following are strictly prohibited on the property:
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Weapons or hazardous items
• Open flames (e.g., candles, incense)
• Parties or loud gatherings in rooms without permission
• Behaviour that disturbs the peace or safety of others
Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Use of Amenities & Common Areas
• Common facilities (pool, lounge, beach access) are for the use of registered guests only.
• Guests must treat these areas and equipment respectfully.
• Food or drink from outside may be restricted in certain areas.
Lost & Found
• Items left behind will be stored for a limited period.
• Shipping or return of lost items may incur a handling fee.
Respect for the Environment & Local Community
• Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity.
• Please dispose of rubbish responsibly in provided bins.
• Help us keep Kavos clean and enjoyable for everyone.
This policy is part of your accommodation agreement.
