Event Tickets

All event tickets, including parties, and club nights, are strictly non-refundable.

1. Purchase & Entry
• Tickets are valid for one person, one event, and must be presented upon entry.
• Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold unless explicitly allowed by the organiser.

2. No Refunds or Changes
• Tickets cannot be rescheduled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
• Missed events or early departures do not qualify for refunds.

3. Event Cancellations
• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, guests may:
o Attend an alternative event (subject to availability), or
o Receive a refund only if explicitly stated by the organiser.

4. Age & Safety Restrictions
• Guests must meet the minimum age requirement for each event (usually 18+).
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with rules or poses a safety risk.

5. Liability
• Trabukos Beach Complex and affiliated event organisers are not liable for lost tickets, travel expenses, or any damages resulting from missed or cancelled events.

General Provisions
1. Governing Rules
• These policies apply to all bookings made through any channel, including the website, third-party agencies, or in-person reservations.

2. Privacy & Data Handling
• Personal data collected for bookings and events will be used only to process the reservation or event ticket.
• No credit card or sensitive financial information is stored on our servers.

3. Disputes
• Any disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or event tickets should be submitted in writing.
• Management will review and respond within 7 business days.

4. Compliance & Fair Use
• Guests are expected to comply with all hotel rules, event rules, and local laws.
• Failure to comply may result in eviction, refusal of entry, or loss of bookings without refund.
