Accommodation Bookings
Trabukos Beach Complex aims to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all guests. Please read the policy carefully before booking.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation with a full refund is available up to 15 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.
• In the case of a no-show or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
• Early departures after check-in are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable / Prepaid Rates
• Certain promotional, discounted, or special rates may be non-refundable.
• These bookings cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise stated.
3. Modifications & Changes
• Requests to change dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Shortening a stay does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.
4. Refund Processing
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear on the guest’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Deposits
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• The deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made within the applicable free cancellation period.
• The remaining balance is payable prior to arrival or upon check-in, depending on the booking terms provided at the time of reservation.
6. Exceptional Circumstances / Force Majeure
• Trabukos Beach Complex is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
• In such cases, guests may be offered alternative dates or vouchers, at the discretion of management.
7. How to Cancel
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, or the official booking system.
• Verbal cancellations are not considered valid.

• These policies apply to all bookings made through this website, or in-person reservations.
2. Privacy & Data Handling
• Personal data collected for bookings and events will be used only to process the reservation or event ticket.
• No credit card or sensitive financial information is stored on our servers.
3. Disputes
• Any disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or event tickets should be submitted in writing.
• Management will review and respond within 7 business days.
4. Compliance & Fair Use
• Guests are expected to comply with all hotel rules, event rules, and local laws.
• Failure to comply may result in eviction, refusal of entry, or loss of bookings without refund.
